Welcome Back to The Couch. Calvin returns for Season 2 with the goal to empower listeners to take an active role in their life. This session explores the true definition of Hope as a cognitive process. Accepting the fact that life will bring problems and struggles allows us to navigate them more effectively. When we understand that hope is a way of thinking we can then take an active role in developing hope for ourselves, others and our world.
