Episode 21: Questioning Versus Condemnation
Do you remember learning in school that there was no such thing as a stupid question? It's true. Questions are how we learn, change and grow as a human being. But when does questioning become something else? When does it become an excuse to beat ourselves up. When does questioning become condemnation. Join Calvin as he explores the true meaning of questioning self. Are you really questioning your value? Is it really a question if you have already determined the answer? You may actually be looking for a confirmation of a pre-existing belief or doubt you have about yourself. You may actually be practicing condemnation of self.
